Getting an appointment was quick and easy. I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. Service was completed in a reasonable amount of time and with the estimated cost. I was pleased with the report I received after the service was completed, which was as thorough as the dealership. I highly recommend them and will return for any further routine maintenance on my vehicle.

10/10 would recommend! My car started overheating shortly before Christmas festivities, but Allen got me in and back on the road with no hassle and at a fair price. Also, Felicia was a delight to coordinate with. Rely on Allen, you won't be sorry.

I had a wonderful experience getting my inspection sticker at Allen's Automotive. Logan was very knowledgeable, communicative and polite. He was able to give me a same day appointment and even printed out the $20 first time customer coupon for me!

We had an emergency! We traveled over from out of town. Our vehicle started making a loud whining when I would stop or turn. I know nothing about cars for the most part. I called Allen’s they were busy and not sure they could get to us. My kids needed picked up in about 2 hours. This place stayed late to help us and offered us a rental car to go get our kids. We not only got customer service; we got the full humanity package. 5 out of 5 recommend!

Went in for a specific reason because i dont have heat blowing like it should. They didnt even do work for what I requested. And looked for other problems instead. Now back to square one to find a reliable garage that actually does work for what was originally requested. Yet had to atill pay for work that I didnt request. Never received original work done.
