Don’t use this company,They towed my truck while I was in emergency room, charged me $1250 and they messed with my hub seal they didn’t put it correctly,I ended up with a leak on my drive axle and they refused to come fix it ,I was only 60miles away from his shop. Unprofessional towing company.
We all hate needing to be towed. Allen came to tow me and my family. He gave us a very fair rate. Brought a special wrecker because there were 5 of us. I nightly recommend his services
Do not use this towing service. My car was towed by them and my stuff was stolen out of my car by them including a plum tree that was my dad who had passed away and even stole the soil to plant with it along with other belongings. Hate to tell them though it don't produce, and if they have no conscience about that then they have no conscience at all and these towing services are also combined with new Augusta Police department. So if you happen to use them I suggest you clean your car out first of everything that you want.
Allen is awesome. He came to my need in the middle of the night in record time. He’s number one in my book. Highly recommended!!!
High price but definitely got the job done with no struggle pulling out my 550 bucket truck. Well worth it
