Very friendly staff. My husband has a Mitsubishi Fusio box truck and it was hard to find a location that could provide service until we found them! Their service is fast and the work provided is excellent!

My experience is centered around me and my grandfather's frustratingly failed attempts to get in touch with your parts service via phone and email. He called, was directed to parts and then redirected right back to who he talked to in the first place. This happened repeatedly over the span of around 10 minutes before he threw in the towel. A short time later, he tried again, this time he asked for a manager with hopes that someone would get the phone answered in parts. This too would prove fruitless as the manager put him on the same call transfer, which would end the same as he was redirected back to the original operator. Had my truck repairs done here, John in service was very helpful and did a great job of keeping me informed. DID A great job of getting repairs done and keeping costs reasonable. As an owner operator I would recommend them highly. Will not hesitate to use there service again if needed

Our crews were responding to the Houston floods and needed a quick turnaround on our box truck. They had to order a part overnight to fix the issue. I emailed a request for an update after hours and promptly got a reply. They communicated effectively and delivered our truck the next day.

I had a fuel line seeping while carrying a load to Missouri. I stopped in and Danny Ferrell at the parts counter found the part number and even though they didn’t have the part, he immediately called their local CAT Dealer and made arrangements for them to make the line. Danny gave directions and was great to deal with. 10 miles to the dealer and the line was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Above and beyond service.
