Service was great the guy was quick and efficient. I would only complain about the accuracy of the wait time. I was told 3 separate times 25 mins. I waited about two hours but Thank y’all so much I’m not complaining just being honest. It was very early in the morning so I understand if they were understaffed.

So Mr.Antonio was a great young man and also was very kind. Also handled my family car with care and respect. He also was fast working and got the job done faster than expected. This towing company I would recommend to anyone. Also you guys have some or the nicest trucks 🛻 as well so A+ for that. And keep our streets safe in what your doing guys.

I was on a date and we ended up getting stuck in a parking lot, as the snow was icy and broke. That caused us to not be able to move, and we called several places trying to request for help. One place tried to quote us around 600 dollars (winch out), and after calling the non-emergency line as a last resort, the police pointed us this way. The person who was sent to help us was this lovely man named Mickey, and he was SO efficient and sweet. He made sure we got out safe and that we were comfortable, and he just seemed like a really great guy. He made me feel a lot less anxious about a bad situation, so props to him. :)

Great service, John arrived at the 4 car pileup and quickly cleaned up the mess while taking care of all of the cars. Next day I came to the impound and the staff was very accommodating on a rushed timeline and with Antonio taking my car to the repair shop we were able to get my car's service started within 24 hours. Amazing thanks!

Antonio (Truck 49) was so helpful and friendly! He arrived quickly and figured out how to get my dead electric car into neutral. Then he sent me photos of it at the dealer to reassure me that it arrived safely.
