Alliance Towing & Recovery

I would like to highly recommend Alliance Towing and Recovery. I was stranded in the city of Lancaster PA and Alex and his friend came over to my location within 20 minutes. Alex checked out my battery and said that my alternator was bad. He then hooked up my truck and towed it to my local garage which was an hour away. After that, Alex and his friend drove me home which was a very nice act of kindness. Thank you again to Alex and his friend. They definitely made my night!

Happy to give Steven Miller a great review. Got connected with him from my AAA call. Although, I had to wait a long time for my tow, I don't think Alliance is at fault. Steve got to our car, tried to give us any first look advice he could which was appreciated. Ultimately we had to get towed. He handled everything quickly. We had to have the car towed again the next day to a different shop and got Steven again. Again, quick, helpful, and very communicative.

Dispatched through AAA and arrived in under 20 minutes from my initial call. The technician Alex jumped out of his truck and had my car unlocked in less than 3 minutes. From start to finish, the entire ordeal took under 25 minutes. I have never experienced such fast response and unlock times. Writing the review took longer than the unlock process.

I had my check engine light start to blink on my vehicle and realized it wasn't safe to drive. I called AAA and Alliance to pick it up and take it to a nearby shop. Steve, the tow truck driver for Alliance, was extremely helpful and even asked what was going on with the vehicle and some possible things it could be. Thank you, Steve, for your help! I highly recommend Steve and the team from Alliance.

My truck could not make it all the way back to NJ because of a bad speed sensor and we were stuck at the Sheets on Willow Street Pike waiting for AAA who would not have gotten to me for 2+ hours and could not take my truck home that day. We would have had to wait until next day. It was no fault on AAA's part, but it was imperative that my truck had to be home that evening for maintenance the following morning. So leaving the truck at Sheetz and then having it towed home the following day was unacceptable for what had to be done. I'm sitting in my car waiting for dispatch from AAA to call and then Alex from Alliance Towing shows up in his flat bed at the same Sheetz quite literally by divine intervention 15 minutes after I called AAA.
