Don’t get your IID installed here. I didn’t realize it at the time of install, but when I got my car home I noticed the A-pillar wasn’t popped in completely. Not a big deal as I was able to pop it right back in, but upon further inspection I noticed a piece of the headliner material sticking out where it met the door frame seal. I felt the headliner and noticed the backing was crushed in several areas. The headliner fabric was also separated from the backing. The installer just tucked the some of the fabric behind the seal and left the backing on the other side of the door frame. I did my best to fix it the way it should be, but the headliner glue had already been compromised and will not adhere again. To top it all off there was a dirty spot left on the fabric that is impossible to get fu

The head man at Allied, Eric, was very knowledgeable and competent with the technical skills and problem-solving abilities to deal with the terrible issue that I was having with my car. I left Allied with a big smile and no more worries or headaches concerning my car. I would highly recommend Allied Automotive to anyone.

I called this terrific garage out of the blue while traveling on Rt 691 near Meriden, CT when we heard a wheel noise. The very friendly staff made time to put our Lexus on the lift and determined that our regular garage failed to tighten the lug nuts and we had already lost 2 on one wheel! They tightened them all, moving one nut from another tire to make it safe enough for us to drive home. To top it off, they said there was no chargefor this quick service! We were flabbergasted and insisted on paying something for their good deed. Only wished we lived closer to give them all our car repair business.

I've taken my car to these guys several times, and I can't recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explained the repair process clearly. The mechanics are incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure my car was running smoothly. They completed the repairs quickly and efficiently, all while keeping the cost reasonable. I especially appreciated their honesty and transparency throughout the process. It’s clear that they value customer satisfaction. I will definitely be returning!

Don’t use for installing, uninstalling IID’s. I had to bring my car to my dealership to fix because they cut a wire when installing the IID device. Cost $300 of my own money to fix, thankfully I didn’t have to buy a new part, that would have cost $800. I was never reimbursed from the shop for the damage nor was I reimbursed for the cost charged to uninstall the device.
