So I'm not gonna single star these guys because they were available and had the tires we needed. However one of their hands stripped out a lug bolt, not lug nut, and they failed to repair it but atvthe same time we got a discount on our purchase. So I'm nott gonna say don't go there but just pay attention to your service.

This is my 2021 ram 3500 front rims. They were spotless unit I had my 37s mounted here. My wheels had a very thin layer of dirty water not even mud on them. The person that balanced my wheels took a straight edge scraper used for scraping dry wall scraped my wheels. This left very deep scaring in my wheels and when I went to ask them to try to make it right all of a sudden no one spoke English. I would not recommend bringing anything nice to this tire shop.

was visiting Midland and had an issue with two front tires after running over something in the road. I was in a hurry to fix the tires because I had to return to East Texas same day I visited. I called ahead and asked for prices on decent used tires until I could get home and take care of the tires with my warranty. the guy gave me a specific price of $60 per tire mounted and balanced. when I got there it was $75 a tire mounted and balanced but, I had to remove one of the tires to be changed because, it had been placed back on the spare rack because I had been using the spare due to the incident regarding the tires. explain to the guys that I didn't have the tool to lower the spare as it had been misplaced when the tires were changed on the side of the highway. basically it was getting clo

Do not go here, we went to get valve stem replaced and our tires leaked air 5 minutes out of there . Had to get road side to come fix and it and go back they charged $122 for 6 Valves. They were so unprofessional, correct tire tools were not used to put on valve stems. Once we told them to fix problem , they did the same thing and where trying to charge more. Plus, they turned off the tire sensors. Please, please save your money and vehicles. Ni vallan , no saben lo que hacen aka.

My husband asked for service and the guy was very rude like it we are asking for free and some other person came and we had waiting and he got service before us we just took off instead ,By the way if you don’t want to work don’t come to work very unorganized tire shop .I came visiting all the way from Houston what a bad experience
