I’m disappointed to say my experience was unprofessional, mainly due to poor communication and inappropriate customer service. At the start, the front desk employee, Bethany, was helpful while coordinating payment from Martin Tire. However, once payment was received, communication and updates largely stopped. I originally asked to see the completed work in person. Bethany suggested instead that she would have someone take photos for me, and we specifically agreed — word for word — that she would have pictures taken of the wheel wells once the work was completed. I was sent here by 3 different shops, I just had my rims repainted and no one wanted to be held liable for any damages that could happen, after arriving at Alloy Wheel Repair, I got helped by Beth and they were the only ones that not only mounted my rims without damaging them, but also took the risk, I’m really grateful and happy with the results, highly recommend this place!

Had my wheels powder coated here—finish looked great and Bethanie’s customer service was excellent. But the next day, one tire went flat. Turns out the valve stem was broken, and all four tires had been inflated to 50 PSI instead of the 29 PSI my car calls for, which rode like shit on the way home. had to take a couple trips to a tire shop to get my valve stem replaced, which was a pain in my ass. Good at powder coating, but the sloppy attention to detail caused me a headache and extra costs.

After exhausting all options with repair shops telling me they can fix my rim, I finally visited Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists, and it changed everything. Bethanie, confidently assured me they could restore my rim, and that was such a huge relief. The repair cost was also affordable.
