Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists of Nashville

I recently had to get a tire plugged, the Discount tire that did the work, chipped the wheel when they were breaking down the wheel. They sent it to Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists of Nashville to be repaired. First of all, something that should have been done in the same day, took till the end of the day the next day. Secondly, they did a poor job of prepping the wheel, which they told Discount tire and they subsequently told me the reason it wasn't done same day, was that the wheel took longer to strip than they anticipated, which was a lie. The wheel was never stripped, you can see from the photo of the back that the wheel still has old dust on it. They sanded the damage out, poorly I might add, as you can tell from the pictures where there are damaged places that just got powdered over

I was very impressed with them. Great communication. Zach was the best, made everything easy, communicated clearly before showing up. I take care of my cars and low profile tires and potholes don't go well together in Nashville. I was so glad they could salvage my rim.

Super quick and the turnaround time was just a couple hours for 3 wheels! Crazy fast and reliable guys. My wheels look like new, I had some reservations at first because my wheels are gloss black but they came out better than factory. Removed the curb rash, painted to match the factory color, new clear coat, and a same day turnaround, I don't see any negatives whatsoever, 5 stars all around.

I called and spoke with the owner about my 2021 BMW that had a small wheel rash. He was so kind and helpful. He scheduled Zach to come out the same week to assess my wheel as I was so bummed about my brand new car. Zach showed up earlier than scheduled and was the kindest and most helpful guy.
