If my car had a vote, it would have stayed in Florida. Unfortunately, my low-profile tires and Pothole Hell (NY) city every winters disagree, and I end up visiting Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists in Plainview. They should probably offer a loyalty card. Nico at the front desk is always great — friendly, professional, and manages to fix my damaged rim. They have the equipment to properly straighten and structurally balance the rims, so I don’t get any vibration… even on the rare occasion I might accidentally exceed the limit.

Brought my Tesla here because I was having allignment issues. Tesla service aligned my car, but mentioned that they were feeling vibrations in the steering wheel, which indicates bent wheels...and boy were they bent (who knew that winter roads and soft alloy wheels don't mix...🙄). - Nico was extremely helpful from start to finish. He kept me informed of the work needed to be done on the car, pointed out all the bends, and worked with me to keep the price within my budget. Highly recommend this shop!
