Billie was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He straightened several wheels that I have been saving until I found a shop I could trust. While I hope I don’t need his services again soon, I do highly recommend him.

Walked in with a bent wheel and spoke with Billy. He was up front and honest with the options available to fix the wheel and how long it would take. I mentioned the Facebook price for the repair and even after having to send the wheel away, the price stayed the same. I would return in the future if it is needed.

I called ahead to ask about repairing a rim, and the man I spoke to said to come in so they could check it and determine if it should be repaired or replaced. I asked about hours, and he told me 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday. My husband arrived during those hours and found the shop closed. When I called back, the same man answered and asked which location we were at; Philly or Winchester…something he never mentioned on the first call. He then said the guy at that location “must have left early.” Extremely unprofessional and confusing. Waste of time. One star

Billy is amazing! I went there because I went off roading in my SUV down a grass median and got a flat tire and bent my rim. A new rim would have cost me $350-$500. He fixed it within an hour - two and it was a lot cheaper. He saved me money and now I can carry on with my list of running around. Thank you soooooo much, Billy!

$300 later. I've been back there four times. If he couldn't fix the rims he should have said he couldn't fixed them. Whatever he did. I'm assuming he used a torch? When I took my car back to Honda you can see where he Left a burn mark on my rims. And that's where they're bent now. I would have just bought rims if he couldn't fix them. So now I'm out $300 for their service another $400 for two new tires. And now I'm going to have to find my rims which will probably cost me $600. Thanks 😭
