Thorough and honest service. As a woman, you always feel taken advantage of at automotive entities. Here, it is my belief that I was given an honest service experience. The gentlemen are friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the service to ensure I approved before moving to the next step. I saw them explain the same information to a male customer, and that solidified that all customers are treated fairly and equally. What more could you ask for? My repairs were quickly reflected as I left the lot and drive away smoother than I entered. I highly recommend 👌🏾.

I bought my first car here! I first brought a car (that I ultimately did not buy) with someone from Facebook marketplace for a pre-purchase inspection. There were some unexpected convenience fees, but All-Star did a very thorough job and was transparent about the essential versus highly recommended repairs that were needed. Staff were extremely reachable and helpful and the owner (Eric) took multiple hours out of his day for me to test drive cars. I haven't driven in a couple years and didn't feel comfortable driving at high speeds on the interstate, but I still wanted to see how the car would function at higher speeds, so the owner was willing to do that part of the test drive while I observed. If I could give them a negative I would. What responsible shop replaces a timing chain and water pump, but does not replace the valve cover gaskets. Now my valve covers are leaking and they're saying that they didn't need replaced. After telling me that they replaced them. This is the owner that's doing the misleading. The shop is rec. I waited 10 minutes after they opened for anyone to show up. I, like many of you probably will read the reviews on "their" page. What I should've done and what you should do is read the reviews on yelp. That's where you'll get the real reviews. And you'll see that the reviews there are just as bad as the shop looks. Stay away from these people at all cost. They do not stand behind their work.

Experience at All Star automotive has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had outside of my normal mechanic. The technicians did a wonderful job on my car words cannot express the comfortable feeling of being a random mechanic at the last moment. The conversation were pleasant the front desk, receptionist, Alec Was very helpful, understanding and patient. I will definitely be coming back and recommend others to this establishment
