I cant even explain how horrible my experience with this company was. The only good thing about this collision center is the owners secretary Olivia. She was as nice as could be and tried to help as much as she possibly could. As for the "shop" itself, my vehicle was in and out 3 times after its accident and there was always more issues that had been paid for by my insurance and they had still not been fixed or corrected and when asked there was always an excuse, and then when there had been new parts paid for since it was a newer $60,000 dollar vehicle, I found out that they had bondoed everything and left several creases and dents under it. The paint was done very poorly and some parts that they did "fix" are already sagging and coming apart. After all 3 failed attempts I decided to take

This is the worst experience I have ever had! We needed a simple bumper replacement. The first one not only didn't fit properly, but the paint was chipped revealing black underneath. The second bumper fit properly, However the fog light was left loose, part of the bumper had not been clear-coated after being painted, and there was black places where the paint had been chipped yet again. We nicely pointed these issues out both times. The first time Allen, the owner, tried to talk around the issues and get us to accept the car. Luckily, the insurance accepted the supplemental claim for a new bumper. The second time, Allen, then told us we were being too picky and there was nothing he could to. Worst experience I have ever had with a car place. The owner of this shop is very unprofessional and disrespectful! I’m a young women who just wanted answers about what was going on with my car and when I went to talk to Allen( the owner) he went off on me and told me he was about to send me car to another place(which actually would have been a blessing) and then called me a child multiple times, telling me he didn’t have time to deal with me even though he was sitting at his desk on his phone. My car has been in the shop since June, almost 4 month and they have not been able to give me a date on when my car is going to be done. DO NOT BRING YOU VEHICLE HERE. This place is absolutely the worst “business” I have ever had to deal with.

Brought our car here a couple of years ago and it was the worst mistake we've ever made. After not having the car for THIRTY FIVE DAYS, it was still repaired improperly with aftermarket parts when we were told we would get OEM parts.
