Great customer service from Allstate Glass in Fayetteville, NC. Replacement windshield installed 19JAN2026. I called another national brand first (starts with "S" rhymes with "right") and could not get past their phone tree. The impersona automated phone system kept asking for a VIN number (I might have well been using their website) and I could not get to a live human (representative) and I had questions about the possibility of replacing my 2018 windshield using insurance since the micro-scratches caused excessive blur at night and were a safety issue. I thought the glare at night might have been related to my vision, being 64 and possibly being cataracts. However I had a recent eye exam and did not have cataracts. I absolutely love the customer service and relatability of the staff. Britney is amazing and always keeping us smiling, Courtney is such a sweetheart and very helpful. Tisha is the life of the party. I try to find a reason to go there just for the staff. And can’t forget about Gary. He’s the man.

It’s great to find a company that has both great service and fair prices. I had gone to another company and they wanted double the price. The staff is very accommodating and willing to help you. I highly recommend this company for all your glass needs.
