Both my Mother and Father experienced great care and kindness at Allure of Mt Carroll.
Treated my father like he was garbage and like he committed a crime for making bad joke.
Pleasant visit with one of the residents. Allure is clean and easy to navigate and the staff is always friendly and helpful no matter the time of the day. It's nice to see residents out of their room and interacting.
I'm the POA of a patient at Allure. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My friend is very happy at Allure and that makes things so much easier. He loves the staff and is very comfortable in his "home".
The facility is clean. The staff is kind and caring. The clients appear happy to be there. They have many activities that keep the clients engaged.
