Ally Auto Service

The staff at Ally was great about keeping us posted as things progressed with the van. They let us know if that were waiting on parts, and when they were working with the warranty company etc. the staff at Ally are so friendly and very fair on cost. We didn’t feel they were price gouging as other auto places we have worked with in the past. Thank you for doing such a great job and working with us so well!

WOW!! Amazing service. My daughter is going to school in Omaha and I live in another state. She had car issues and after short search and phone call with Lynn, we chose Ally Auto Service. My daughter took the car in, and they repaired it at no charge. Apparently, an actuator froze due water getting in. Lynn gave her a medical discount for her being a nurse/student. As a father a thousand miles away THANK YOU SO MUCH. They had her in and back on the road in 30-45 minutes. My daughter chatted with Lynn while waiting and had great things to say. Nice to know there's still good business and service in todays world. I'll be spending my money with ALLY

I am so shocked to see others have a positive experience here after how I was treated. I could tell shortly after work that something was wrong with how my car was driving and pulled in at the first auto shop I could find (this one). I had a bad flat and told the woman at the desk. They didn’t sell tires so I told her I had Triple A and asked if I should call for a tow. She insisted I leave it and then charged me a mobile fee to have my car moved from the first spot in the lot (less than 15 feet from the garage and in the same lot). She was unbelievably rude to me and then later to my boyfriend who came to deal with my car after she sent me away. I don’t mind paying the mechanics (who seemed fine) for their work, but this felt predatory. I admitted to her that I wasn’t sure what the best w

My experience was the best in a long time. I felt as though everyone i dealt with cared, about me as well as my vw from the front desk, her name has slipped my mind and the mechanic and with that being said me and vw have found a home!!

We had our oil changed at Ally. This was our first time using Ally. They did good work at a fair price. They communicated well regarding our inspection results. I will definitely use them again.
