My boyfriend was in a car accident Friday night and called this shop this morning to get an estimate for repairs. Instead of being helpful, the front desk staff told him, “we go based off what the adjuster quoted.” Anyone who has ever dealt with insurance companies knows their initial estimates are often low, and it usually takes pushback to get the proper repair costs covered. I personally went through this last year and even had to take my insurance company to court to get the costs covered. I understand that estimates take time and resources but if that’s the case, charge for the estimate. Don’t just dismiss potential customers by saying you only follow what the insurance company dictates. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this shop. Customer service matters, especially

I have had work done at this shop a few times. They are the only reputable ones that I know. Excellent service and great work. Pricing is spot on, especially when using cash out of pocket. Owner is fantastic. Highly recommended.

Absolutely the business to take your car for repairs. Lisa who was on the front desk tells like it is. She has a great sense of humor, and explained how they would make my car whole again.. When I got my car back, it looked brand new. Excellent!!! I would high recommend them.
