This is a review in progress. You cannot get ahold of these people once you've committed to renting. Numerous phone calls and emails went unheeded. When I went to pick up the 8 passenger van I was told it had an oil leak. They gave me a 7 passenger van with the promise of delivering the van I needed next day. This is the next day. 4 phone calls and one email later - nothing. I will alter this review if the situation warrants it. Update - the van swap happened. I am updating to 3 stars. Price was good, van seems very good but the communication is still a concern. We will see if they adjust the price due to the inconvenience.

Rented a mini van from Aloha Auto Car Rentals and had the best experience. They have fast and courteous customer service and the van was in great condition. Their prices were also unbeatable. Thank you Aloha Auto for your services. I will definitely be coming back 😊

We needed a last minute rental and was so happy that Aloha Auto Rentals had an available car! The other companies didn’t have cars available until 6 months from now! Shani was awesome to work with! She made the rental process easy and the pick up and drop off was super convenient. It was easier than taking the big company shuttle buses! The car wasn’t brand new, but we got a nice Honda that was in great shape and big enough for the family. I will definitely rent from them again! Mahalo Aloha Auto Rentals!

Absolutely the best value for a rental car in Honolulu. I've visited four times, rented cars three of those four, and have never had such a pleasant experience. The price is very affordable and Aloha doesn't compromise their care for their customers or the quality of the cars; the entire experience felt very personal and not bureaucratic. They are also very hands-off and won't try to upsell you on unnecessary odds and ends, making the transaction a stress-free element of your time. Highly recommended to anyone that needs a car and doesn't want to deal with miles of red tape.

They were the cheapest price when we were in a pinch, but the cheap price does not mean less quality. Much more quality service than the big car rental companies. They brought the car to our hotel and dropped it off for us. They also were very accommodating to our flight plans, allowing for pick up and drop off outside of their normal business hours. Very easy to communicate with as well. Even drove us to the airport after drop off! Such a good experience. Highly recommend. I will only rent from this company from now on when I come to Oahu.
