David Ikeda aka Bao AMAZING!! I cannot express enough gratitude for his amazing customer service. I previously applied for a vehicle else where but that dealership kept giving me the run around for 2 days straight and tried to sell us something we absolutely did not want. I placed an application on line and because it was busy time for me for work, I couldn't personally go in. Bao came me and we did everything from phone calls and text. He called my when it was a done deal. I couldn't go in that day, next day I went down, everything was great! A little wait because they only had one finance guy in to process everyone's paperwork but we drove off with a truck. We specifically wanted a truck because we are a big family of teens/adults and spend most of our time at the beach and fishing alot
