Raquel was really helpful and tried to get me the lowest rate possible. Insurance is just high these days, no matter where you go! so im happy with how it worked out today getting my new insurance. They have cold drinks, candies, and a wheelchair accessible ramp. Thank you for my new policy
This auto insurance company is a joke. I have called them 5 times in two days with no help on a policy I just recently purchased. I paid $263 for this policy and have not received any documents. And Alpa does not want to assist in binding the insurance. The women who answer the phone are not helpful, they continuously put you on hold. I was on hold for 9 minutes with no assistance.
I had a wonderful experience speaking with Raquel from Alpa Insurance, located on East Marshall Avenue in Longview, Texas. She went above and beyond to ensure that I understood everything, and she even helped me set up a payment plan when needed. If you require an insurance agent, I highly recommend reaching out to Raquel.
