Alpenglow Auto Repair

Just went to Alpenglow for the first time and they were amazing! They took a quick look at my car even though I didn’t have an appointment and Jesse knew just what to do so he fixed it right away and I was able to get to work on time. I thought it was going to be a big expensive repair but he explained what was wrong and what he needed to do and it turns out wasn’t a big thing. Noah upfront was great too- I am so grateful they gave me their time this morning. Only going to Alpenglow from now on!

I can’t say enough good things about Alpenglow Auto! Rob and Danny truly went above and beyond for us while we were traveling through Steamboat from Fort Collins. We pulled in with an urgent oil issue right at the end of the day, and instead of sending us away, they stayed after hours to diagnose the problem, walk us through what they found, and make the repair before sending us on the road to remote parts of the Green River. They were professional, kind, and patient in explaining what was happening with our vehicle, and it was clear they genuinely cared about our safety and peace of mind. Thanks to their quick thinking and willingness to stay late, our trip was able to continue without delay. We were on vacation in Steamboat when our car broke down in Buffalo Pass. Alpenglow was the only shop in town that could look at our car that day to see what was going on. It turns out the repair was pretty major and they helped us get a long haul shipper to transport the car back home and helped get us a rental car. This team of people are fabulous and if I lived in Steamboat it would be where we take our vehicle for maintenance. As frustrating as this whole ordeal has been, they were the most helpful part. We brought our late model European SUV to Alpenglow Auto when no one else in town would work on it. Our go to “European “car service shop in town said they didn’t want to work on older vehicles. Alpenglow handled the job perfectly and when they made a mistake, they owned up to it and took care of the problem and went above and beyond to make it right for us. We highly recommend Alpenglow Auto.
