It felt like they were actually trying to help me and not like they were making money at my expense. Highly recommend! I will definitely call them the next time I need to buy a car.

Didn't end up purchasing my new (to me) car here, but the experience I had just looking around was wonderful. The owner had plenty of good advice on car choices (most of what he recommended actually cost less than the car I originally came to look at), and was incredibly friendly and conversational. The vibe I got was not a used car dealership, but just a business selling used cars run by a passionate owner who is doing it because he wants to.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Alpha Automotive while inquiring about a Jaguar I saw listed for sale online. Last week, I called to inquire about the car and was informed that someone had placed a deposit on it. However, I was advised to call back the following day for an update. Upon calling back as instructed, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior. The representative I spoke with seemed incredulous that I had called back, despite their instruction to do so. Instead of providing assistance or checking for updates, I was merely told that someone would call me back, without even being asked for my contact information. Purchased a 2015 Chevy Impala from them had a few mechanical issues and before I could get home they made me bring it back and found a few things that hadn't showed up yet and have went out of their way to make sure everything is going to be right . And have even ordered a few more things it's going to need. They are amazing and I highly recommend that you check with them before you go anywhere else.
