I worked with Jacqui remotely considering the weather in Colorado is always unpredictable and it didn’t seem to be a barrier for her. She was very nice and transparent about their inventory which I really appreciate. Great customer service and attention to every detail and concern I had . What can I say…I’ve never had a car buying experience like this before. My salesperson Sean was amazing and helped me through the sale. His manager Riley was incredible at backing up Sean and heard our requests and found resolutions that enabled us to get super comfortable with the car we were interested in. We ended up borrowing the car for a week before buying it and put it through two used car Inspections and even had a major recall performed at the Jeep dealer next door. Needless to say it felt like ours before we bought it and ever since actually buying it we are in love with the vehicle.
