Als Auto Repair

Bought all my cars here for 2 decades now and was referred from a family who had been coming for probably 4 decades. They have always been a reliable source for my cars always been friendly,professional, personal, honest, reliable in repair explanations and oh so very responsive. I trust their service with my eyes closed. I would refer them every time. Thank you for being a reliable source of mechanics.

I have been going to Als Auto on Neshaminy Blvd since they were on Street Rd. Thats about 30 years now. This is a very honest and caring family owned business. They have always been straight forward on what is needed and the associated costs, which is fair. My vehicles are well maintained because I only use one mechanic. Mike goes above and beyond to accommodate customers. Kathy and Kim are always pleasant and helpful, be it over the phone or needing them to hunt Mike down to ask a quick question. I am a loyal customer as are all my family members. It's very hard to find a good mechanic shop with quality care and who doesn't try to sell you BS repairs, because they don't need to. They are above 5 stars IMO.

If you are looking for an honest, trustworthy, smart, knows what he is talking about mechanic, without breaking the bank, then you send your to Als Auto Repair. Highly recommend Als Auto Repair, I will never take my car to anyone other then Al.

Receptionist are always friendly & service is good. I will be sticking here for car repairs! Edited: recently, i have been having a hard time making an appt. I am still waiting on a call back from over a month ago, i guess they forgot. I wonder if its better to just try to go in person to ask my questions & make the appt... at this point i may have to go elsewhere 🫤

My car was breaking down. I knew I wouldn't make it home. I stopped at Al's. It was an awesome experience. Mike stopped what he was doing checked my car and he told me he could order the part I needed. I was on my way home in an hour. An appointment is required at Al's so I am so grateful to this kind man. God bless you sir!
