Can't say enough good things about the guys at Als D&I shop! On vacation the shifter on our car gets stuck in reverse in the Black Hills. Had the car towed to the Chevrolet dealer (on Thursday) and they tell us they are busy and cannot even look at it until the next Monday. Als came highly recommended and they upheld that recommendation. Had the car towed and as soon as Scott, John and the rest of the guys got it on the lift they knew exactly what the problem was and the parts needed. They kept us informed during the repair and it was fixed in 3 hours! They salvaged our road trip to SD! Thanks Guys!

I am more than disappointed in this repair shop. Meanings I can look at a car and say the diagnosis they gave is so far from wrong, as the woman they thought they’d fool honestly makes me laugh. DO NOT take your car here if you plan to have the slightest bit of repair done to your car. We took my sisters car in because we believed her thermostat was having issues, to then get a call being told anti freeze was spewing all over the place. Please tell me how my sister is able to drive it from point a to point b without having her vehicle overheat or steam profusely from the engine bay if this is the true diagnosis? Unfortunately I just dealt with antifreeze all over my engine bay, mid driving, and her car does none of what mine did. Her car doesn’t over heat each and every time, just once in

Great shop! Our van was making some weird noises while on vacation in the Black Hills. I decided to take it in to have it looked at to make sure it was ok to drive back home. I called and they were able to get me in right away. They did a thorough inspection and test drive and did not find anything major wrong. It was definitely worth it to have peace of mind that we could get back home without being stranded on the interstate with a breakdown.

This is by far the best auto shop repair in the area. They truly go above and beyond with customer service while maintaining a welcoming, family/friend environment. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company that prioritizes safety and offers the most cost-effective solutions.

I made an appointment to get a bolt replaced on a bracket that held my muffler. These guys got me in and out in no time and did not charge me for the simple fix. I super appreciated their time and generosity very much. It’s hard to find a good shop or any place to take your business to anymore. Thank you guys so much for your help and kindness!
