Al's Quality Service

Our family has been having our cars serviced at Al’s for just about 20 years, we started getting service with Al and now his son Jason. It’s not often you can trust an auto service business but Al’s is different, it is truly like dealing with family, this family cares! Their work is the best using the best parts, which may be a bit more expensive but it’s quality and that’s what I want after all my family rides in the car I trust them to repair. I travel quite a distance for service but it doesn’t matter, when I pick up my car I know it was repaired correctly and I paid a fair price. If I could rate Al’s with a 10 I would. I highly recommend this auto repair shop, I think you too will once you leave your car with them for repair.

My wife's starter went out a couple days before she needed to be in court. Had it towed to Al's. Was told they'd get to it when they could and they were booked up months out. Same night they took a look at it and found it was the starter, ordered part and had it fixed and ready next day. Thank you. OUTSTANDING! My mechanic in rockford was unable to fix the problem. These guys not only fixed the problem, the price was very fair- in fact much lower than Rockford. Will be back for sure. HIGHLY recommend this place. Work done right and on time- at a fair price. What more could you ask for?
