This place used to be good but my last two times have been bad, so it seems to have gone down hill. The receptionists are nice, but time before last I went for an oil change and when I went out and drove it I found out that they had drained it would refilling it. My mother left a review because of that incident I think. This most recent time, I was needing new tires and a realignment. They got them on, but didn't call me to tell me when they were done. I dopped my car off at one thirty (my appointment was at 2) and I had to call myself 30 minutes before closing to learn that it was done. I got down there and it was unclear if they realigned it since it wasn't on the bill but they insisted it was done. this place is a hell hole. went to get my inspection done & they supposedly did it all when i was there the first time. i got told to bring back my receipt for the stickers. i came back yesterday and got told i came too late since they only have one inspection mechanic who has their emission licenses. i was never told a specific time the first time i came. so i came back today and when i got told before that they just have to “slap the stickers on” turned into them not actually finishing the full inspection & having to wait 15 mins for them to finish a job that was suppose to be done and paid for days ago. all the staff is bitter and rude.

I went to go get my car alignment fixed. When I got behind the wheel IT WAS WORSE. Turned around came back, said he will look at it again in a minute WAITIED FOR AN HOUR. I left, do not come here NEVER AGAIN.

This is the worst car shop i have ever been to. i had a nail in my tire and i asked them to fix it and obviously patch it. they took the nail out of my tire and never patched it so i had a flat on the side of the road the next day. i also asked them to fill my windshield wiper fluid and i checked the day after once i found out they screwed my tire up and THEY DIDNT EVEN FILL THE FLUID. this place is completely useless and i will never return. i went to the als tire in ebensburg and they fixed everything the northern cambria als messed up on my car with no fee. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Really great place to take your car. My mom has an older car I take there for service & they treat it as if it's brand new. Very fair pricing too!
