Alan put a transmission in my 92 Ford F150. Excellent customer service. Always answered my questions thoroughly. Really honest and great pricing for car repairs in today's economy. I can't thank them enough for helping me to get my heirloom truck back on the road. If you need car repairs especially transmission repairs this is the shop you want to use hands down. Made the one hour drive to Athens after Al’s was recommended. So thankful I did. Al took the time to look at my vehicle and asked if he could take it for a drive. He was certain it wasn’t a transmission issue. So certain he wouldn’t even answer me when asking if it was a transmission problem how soon could he get it into his shop. His response, take it back to where you bought your tires because he felt like it was a rim or tire problem. He could have just scheduled it in and charged me for the transmission. His parting words were “call me when you find out what was causing the issue”. He will be getting a call to let him know that he was right, it’s not the transmission. Nice to find a trustworthy person and business!!

My family broke down on their way to the beach from Nashville (the Buc'ees stop became very expensive) Although we ultimately decided to tow the vehicle back home while the decision is made what to do with the vehicle, Alan went way above and beyond to help them. As a fellow auto repair shop owner I understand the importance of good customer service. We were blessed by Alan and his crew. Thank you!!

There is no one more kind than Allen. My vehicle broke down when I was driving through the area on my way to Florida. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me and look out for my family. I will continue to be thankful for the angel we found in Athens, Alabama. A good, honest, kind and wise mechanic! Thank you again Allen!

Great service cannot say enough about “Al’s” our niece lives in the area, had problems with her car. I did not know anyone in this area. They were very personable called us with updates, fixed car in a very timely manner. We cannot thank them enough.
