Altec (Creedmoor Location) has been a great company, so I've heard. As far as safety goes, this company excels in this one subject. Quality is amazing pertaining trucks, yet the problem is within their building departments. Hours should be set in place. Not a particular set of people (on first shift) not acting on their set job and leaving their work for other shifts. I figured these individuals would be still in a "temp" position with this behavior. Again with hours, (pertaining this seems to be an issue), one should not come in at 1 am if he or she does not do any particular job until 4 am when the initial shift does not start until 6 am. These are only some of the many conditions that are unacceptable and within some shifts of "Leadmen" and "Supervisors", some change needs to be done. B
They pay me well and I haven't had any issues there at all. Managers are cool and understanding
They get you in and out. Nice people.
Very helpful employees ready to help with any concerns.
