Every time I bring my car in for service I get a thorough report on the condition of my car. Knowing what is urgent and what can wait is helpful. The estimate I got this time was significantly less than a quote I got from another repair shop. I fully trust that the work will be done correctly.

I’m leaving a review to show my utmost gratitude. I do travel work and was in the city for a few days. Needed to get my car checked out and an oil change. I was greeted by the owner and we took a test drive to listen to my car. She was very attentive to the car and was the best tour guide in town! Everyone treated me with respect and understanding. They got me in quickly and went above and beyond to show me everything in detail and included notes with pictures. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone I know or don’t know. If you’re looking for a long term or even short term trustworthy and experienced shop don’t look any further. Thank you so much! I really appreciate all of you.

My only regret is that I didn’t find Alternative Auto Care sooner. From the start, Stacey was kind, professional and attentive to my concerns. I particularly appreciate the detailed Diagnostic report (with color photos). I am far better informed about my vehicle than I was at time of purchase from a dealer. The work my car required was not cheap but I am confident that the job was done right and I am happy to give my money to a shop that pays its people a good wage. I could not be happier with my experience and will recommend Alternative Auto Care to everyone I know.

I've been bringing my cars here for a year now and have had wonderful service! I never feel pressured to go forward on suggested work, they described things well enough for someone with little understanding of cars to understand and provide a breakdown of future concerns. Alternative Auto Care is outstanding! Daughter who is an OSU student had an issue with her vehicle. They serviced the vehicle immediately and were very professional and honest. If you have a student at OSU and they have any automotive needs this is the place to go. Highly recommend to anyone in the area. It is the way all shops should be!
