Since 2018 I have taken my car to Alternative Auto Care and every service event is just perfectly taken care for me. The crew there know what they are doing. The office staff is more than helpful. I have never, after all these years had any issue with the service and my car has worked perfectly each time I drive away. This particular service was for a failed gasket which is a major repair. The team at AAC completed the job exactly as stated on the estimate. The cost was exactly what I expected and the car was ready when they said it would be. I feel I have really lucked out when I selected AAC to manage the service and care of my vehicle. Alternative Auto Care is a great place to take your car. They gave me great service as well as a good price. I am so thankful for them for the way they handled my issue. They definitely deserve 5 stars plus!

I got my oil and transmission fluid changed. They had the car in and out before noon and gave me a very nice loaner even though the maintenance wasn’t going to take very long. They happily provided me estimates for some stuff I need done in the future and everyone I dealt with was very pleasant! Will definitely be back.

I’ve been taking my Acura to this shop for over 15 years — literally since the day I bought it — and I’m convinced it’s still running great because of them. They’re friendly, thorough, and they actually listen. Every interaction feels personal, never rushed, and I’ve always felt like they care about getting it right. What really stands out is their integrity. They stand by their work, and they recently went above and beyond by replacing a part that had just fallen outside their 2-year warranty — without me even asking.
