Alternative Solution Car Care

On February the 23rd i took my car in to have it. Looked at, it was making a grinding noise on top of that, that issue did not get fixed upon me. Test driving my car, my brakes went out. Prior to prior to me, coming to alternative care My brake had no issues at all, no noise coming from the brakes or break line, pick my car up on Friday February, the 27th, the noise still persist and I'm hearing a rattling sound. Coming from underneath my car that wasn't there.This was my first time coming to alternative car care, and it will be my last.I assume this man was the owner Jim.He had a nasty attitude

Basic Oil Change Gone Wrong... I went in for a full Engine Oil, Transmission Fluid, and Differential Oil change. And was advised by Tom to wait a bit longer for the Transmission Fluid and Differential change. After only getting the engine oil changed, I opened my door the next morning and noticed my fender was slightly misaligned, and the sideskirt was popped out at the spot where the the jack would go to lift the car. I called and drove up to have them take a look at it and reschedule an appointment to fix the alignment and was pleased with the outcome. Until I noticed a wet spot under my car in the driveway. I thought it was moisture, but it stayed. And after backing my car in instead of pulling in forward there is another oil stain. I'm not going up a third.. no fourth time to fix an

Got brakes done. After picking up car, had an obnoxious, load groaning noise when backing up at low speeds. They took the car back and “fixed” it for free. It was better for a couple weeks, but the noise is now back, and it is clear it is something I will have to live with until I get the brakes done next time. “Next time” will be elsewhere.

I'm a 10+ year customer and have owned cars for 40 + years. This place is the best I've ever encountered. High quality work while always treating your budget like it was theirs--they are smart and conservative. Almost always they can find a good way to repair with less cost. They will never take advantage of you and always think of future issues and how you should think about repairs or replacement. If you are nearby (I come 30 minutes away on the far west of Cleveland, despite inconvenience) and have one of their specialties, you should definitely check them out. Should be Best of Cleveland. Probably Ohio and the Midwest, too.
