I will start off by saying the young lady was very helpful and super patient with me. But The HEAT IN THIS BUILDING! Extremely hot I couldn’t handle it anymore so I just left. Not Worth staying inside. Definitely lost my business. The woman helping me is better than me.

I have been an Altima Insurance customer for over a year & I really can't say enough about them. It would be hard or impossible to beat their prices. Also, Stephanie goes above & beyond every time I need something! She & everyone on staff there have always been professional, friendly & they quickly take care of my needs. They can help you with most insurance matters over the phone & online, including payments & allowing customers to sign documents electronically which is extremely convenient (especially during Covid). I highly recommend Altima Insurance to anyone who needs insurance.
