DISSAPOINTED to say the least. We came in with our family to look at a truck. We asked them if the truck had been sold they said no and to check back in tomorrow because it was being serviced. I called to let them know to please call us when the truck leaves service so we could look at it. They called within 30 minutes to let me know it had sold. We told the salesmen what we were looking for and instead of offering us another option, or actually talking to us they seemed very uninterested to sell us any cars. We had cash in hand , good credit and ready to walk out with a car. But Travis and Mark seemed like their cigarette break was more important. Off putting vibe and not welcoming. Went in to buy a truck the day after Christmas. The receptionist seemed bothered she had to get off her phone to get the salesman I had contacted before coming in. They didn’t seem interested in making a deal at all. I had the feeling I wasn’t wearing expensive enough cloths, if you know what I mean?
