These guys and gals are awesome. Especially Lyndell. She always answers and always follows through with what she says. Anytime I’ve needed help she’s been there. They know what they’re doing and it reflects in their customer service and quality of products. I have Altrider’s new clutch arm extension and the center stand on my 2025 Tenere 700 and I am impressed by the quality. Definitely recommended. Thanks again

I've placed a few orders through AltRider now and I love their products and customer service. Lyndell (who always answers the phone when you call) is so kind and helpful. It's one thing to talk to a real human, let alone someone in the US these days, but Lyndell knows her stuff through and through. You can definitely tell that these guys take a lot of care in product design, engineering, and testing because their aftermarket parts beat the competition (and even OEM!!) in just about every metric. Their YouTube page has very thorough installation walkthrough videos as well for each product I've purchased so far. All in all, I'm a loyal customer with these guys for my ADV bike now and I know I'm getting the best quality parts and service each time I order.

Very helpful and timely customer service! These are the very best, made in the USA, stainless steel crash bars you can buy. I am looking forward to the new crash bars that should be available by March of 2026 or sooner. I will keep my business in the good old USA!
