My family's bringing the cars here for years probably and the team were great guys. Seriously send fast and they also do with a smile. Quick in and out depending on what you got. Usually within 10-15 minutes for most oil changes and brakes. Probably about a half hour

They suck. take weeks to even LOOK at the car and ur lucky if that’s even going to happen. so then after a bit I decided to go get it and came back to a scratch . Do not come here. it’s expensive, overpriced, and a huge risk and gamble.

Just left a few hours ago. Went in during lunch time to get an oil change for my vehicle . Let it to them and went to lunch nearby. Came back and hour later and it was done. And paid my bill When I got back to the my work. I checked underneath for oil leaks and unfortunately I saw there were several drips on the underbody of the vehicle . I called them back and they told me to bring it back asap. They put it up on the mounts and removed the plastic covers They inspected it and saw there was no leaks in the engine. The oil drip was from the plastic covers that had oil splatter when the oil was being changed They had me look under the vehicle to confirm when the cover was off They are easy to work with and good customer service

Such nice people! I called Ariel that my engine light is on and asked how much is diagnostics, she’s like “girl, it’s free!” I called an auto shop in Morgan hill, and they charge $199, and then another shop in Milpitas, and they asked for $245, and finally Toyota dealership, and they asked for $300………… what is with all these places?!?! Ariel discovered that it was a minor code P0456. The technician, Thuan, Checked my oil cap thing, said it’s old and to replace it. And it’s free charge of their time. THAT WAS IT!!!!!! I will totally come back here for my future car issues. Thank you!!!! 🙏

This place is definitely too busy. Took the guy 3 weeks to get back to me about my car when it was running. Good all along. On top of that he was trying to charge me to replace something that did not need to be replaced. 😭
