Alvin Glass

A sheet of glass fell off the truck and the driver Just flipped me off. I called the company but got no where. My car had to be towed. Left me stranded with out a car. Terrible people if they would do this to a woman and child then just act like they didn't do it. Absolutely terrible DO THE RIGHT THING!!!

Called them to repair water leak in a storefront style glass with glass door on a metal bldg. They were very professional and on time and did a great job! replaced all seals and caulked. Reasonable on price and workers were very detailed oriented and courteous.

Glass Alvin is the best! They have great prices and super friendly. They work with you and make sure you understand what you are needing. I know nothing about glass and they took the time to educate me. They were very friendly. Highly recommended!!!

I had a bad experience with another vendor so I called Alvin Glass after hours. Robert came out the next day to take measurements which was a Thursday. He gave me a quote right then and ordered the glass for my shower. By the next Wednesday he advised me that glass would be delivered Friday. Robert answered my calls when I had questions and was very nice. On Friday, Morris came out with another gentleman and installed the glass. It took them all of a few hours. They were both nice and personable. Morris gave me care instructions. I was very pleased with the outcome, fast turn around and customer service. Thank you Robert and team! You rock!

Called about replacing an arch window that had been broken and informed the owner on the initial call that the window was on the second floor of a single residence home. We sent the address and the owner looked the house up on Google maps and confirmed they could see the window in question. After taking the time off work to have them come out and measure, I was told that they can’t fix it because it was too high(I live in a standard 2 story home) and they didn’t have the equipment available to handle the job. When I pointed out that I was clear about it being a second story window before they came out and they should’ve mentioned their limitations, the owner immediately caught an attitude and hung up on me.
