They were dispatched through State Farm roadside assistance. Stated that since it wasn’t a battery issue and needed a tow, a different driver would need to be dispatched, even though the driver that was dispatched had a flatbed truck that could take my Ford F150. Even though I requested a tow from State Farm, there obviously was some miscommunication. Driver just left me…I was disappointed. Now I am going to wait in the rain for another hour for a different company to come because this company wouldn’t tow my truck. It was the apathetic attitude of the driver that upset me. I live not far from here and asked for at least a ride home, considering it’s raining and I walk with a cane at times. I would highly recommend this company for your towing service they were prompt on time and very friendly! Sam and his co worker were awesome! Great Job Guys Thank You Very Much!!!

State Farm used this tow company. If you think you just need a jump don’t do it. I meed need a tow. They are like can’t help if you still need a tow. Between SF road service and this tow company I would give zero stars. They also showed up way outside of the service time quoted by almost an hour.
