Gary answered the phone at 7am on a Monday for an emergency call, and offered to see my daughter's car right away, with me all the way in Texas. He did exactly what I would have done to diagnose it, so he's both smart and thorough. Thankfully there was nothing wrong, but even after clearing codes and driving it to be sure, he wanted far too little money. I paid him out of honor, but still not enough money for the peace of mind it gave me. Give this guy your business for both autos and RVs, you'll be glad you did!

Gary and his staff are great! I've been taking my cars here for the past 15 years or so, and have never been disappointed. I have never been made to feel like I was being taken advantage of, which is hard to find these days in this line of work. If I am low on cash, and something isn't needed right away, Gary will tell you outright and not trick you into thinking it is urgent. They have always fixed my all of my vehicle's issues, and are efficient too! Very honest, hard working guys that get the job right the first time. I highly recommend Always On Time.

Do not, I repeat, do not go to always on time Automotive! My dad brought his truck in running, wanted to buy a new motor. 25,000 dollars and six months later the truck came out inoperable. Took it to 805 Diesel and they fixed it in a week. Gary lied about replacing parts that my father paid for and is now another 6000 dollars in the hole. Of course Gary will not take any responsibility for his botched work even though he is responsible. Save yourself and go to 805 diesel, they really came through and quickly!

Gary worked on our Leisure Travel Van. He negotiated with our insurance company and our extended warranty company to get the maximum coverage. Very satisfied with the result and the repair to our RV.
