Always Towing

Omg! Could anyone be more rude! When I was told that they do not offer service in my area, I questioned the address of east palestine Ohio, to which I was aggressively told they work out of Cleveland. I then stated that maybe they need to look into changing that, I was aggressively told that they cannot change it, that it it's Google 's fault.... Have a nice day! There r plenty of towing companies around... Don't use this one!

Called hit deer in Darlington but got no reply not a 24/7 Will not be trying again because maybe good when they work whenever

Had flat tire on my 22 X5 at 6:30 pm Thursday, called the company, the lady that answered had a flat bed truck for me in under an hour, they updated me to the progress, the driver was courteous & professional, handled the car with a lot of care, drove it to the dealership 12 miles away, unloaded & parked it as if it was his own vehicle. Very professional & honest company, reasonable rates. I highly recommend them.

Deer clipped my windshield with a hoof and I didn’t feel safe driving it home with the glass in that condition. I’ve never called for a tow before and my insurance set it up through this company so I am a first time customer. My tow guy was amazing.. knew exactly what he was doing plus super kind and helpful!! I will definitely use always towing again whenever we need a tow!!

Don’t bother calling if in western PA, call Sulli’s instead. Had a small accident at 2am in Darlington and was 5 miles from them. Called and told me they didn’t open until 8a. Their hours are NOT 24/7 like their profile says, beware!
