This was actually the most seamless and pleasant experience I have ever had with any repair facility. I was recommended by a friend to come to Hasan who was courteous and professional throughout this entire process. My Range Rover SVR was having suspension and coolant issues. Hasan was very knowledgeable about the common issues he saw with these cars and had an idea of what it was. He gave me a realistic timeline of diagnosis, estimate, authorization with the warranty company, parts and installation and kept me updated every step of that entire process. Hasan was able to have all of my work covered by my warranty and I got my car back within the week. This was the fastest turnaround for any warranty repair work I’ve ever had done. I honestly wish I came this shop sooner. Definitely plan

My new go-to shop in NYC. Very reliable, transparent shop that’s trustworthy and experts especially with European cars. I’ve taken my Range Rover Supercharged there for multiple issues (air suspension work, thermostat replacement, brakes, and more) and recently brought my VW Golf R there for a water pump and rear wheel bearings. All work done at a reasonable rate, and they’re open to working with you on parts too. It’s very hard to find a good, reasonable shop in NYC. This is one you can trust and will get your car back to you asap. If you need work done, especially if you have a European car, skip the dealer and head here. It’ll save you a ton of cash and headache. Highly recommend. It’s worth the trip.

I took my car in for the first time, and was extremely happy with the service. They got me in right away, which was amazing because other places in the area couldn't and my work schedule isn't planned that far in advance. They did a quick, but fabulous job, and were very helpful with all the questions I had asked. They were friendly, which is key because it seems at every other repair shop people aren't.
