My wife & I were driving at night & at the light right next to the shop the Crankshaft Pulley broke & to get out of the road we had to park it in A&M Autos lot for the night. We had no intentions of having them do any work to the car. They were so understanding of the circumstances & asked us what happened & we explained they came out right away & looked at the problem. The communication was absolutely amazing we decided around 10am to give them the green light to fix the problem by 2:30p we got a call about the car & when my wife asked how long it will take for the work to be done the lady said it's done you can come pick the car up!! I brought my 2011 Kia Soul in for an inspection. I know it needed front brakes and treat shocks, I had purchased them with the intention of installing them but… while performing the inspection they discovered one of the CV boots was severely torn and the axle needed to be replaced. Sara was excellent at relaying this information and then ordered an axle to replace the damaged one and they had it back together same day. Excellent garage and I highly recommend them.
