Great service, the guy who works Nextdoor though, on the left, does great work on vehicles at an affordable rate. He replaced the transmission in my 330, replaced the strut on my mother's Q5, and was able to give me a better quote for my 335’s oil leak than other spots in Utica.

Sold my old car today - not going to lie, it was a little sad for me. Memories. Called around Utica, was met with rudeness and unrealistic offers. Called Jay at AM - he answered the phone, was a decent person to me and offered a decent price. Thank you for your help. Decency goes a long way.

The service here was exceptional! They not only gave me an oil change but offered to rotate my tires free of charge ! Very accommodating and professional! I highly recommend this place the employees are fast and efficient and always get the problem solved !

Bought an SUV, immediately noticed a noise. Brought it in to get "looked" at and was assured tired rotation was all that was needed. After bringing it to an actual mechanic I was told it has major suspension issues and would need 4 new tires due too. Reached out to them and we're not willing to fix problem. Spent $4000 on the SUV and now 3 months later looking at approx $1600 to fix it. Don't waste your money! Shop around there are honest dealers around.... certainly not them!!
