Alan performed work covered under warranty on my RV (no cost to me). He was professional, competent and personable. Would not hesitate to use him again and would readily refer him to anyone needing RV repair assistance.

Alan has done multiple jobs on my RV since I moved it up to the Hill country. His work has been excellent and I would recommend him to anyone. He was also very fair on pricing.

I like Alan as a person but I believe his business would benefit from training in dealing with people. He is easily flustered and prone to childish pouting. As is true with all mobile RV repair technicians he is very expensive. I prefer to pay by the job rather than by the hour that way there is no source of upset if you didn’t bring the right part or if you need to research how to do something on YouTube. All his work should be guaranteed but he can be hard to meet your schedule. A motherboard on my water heater was replaced by him but it stopped working again. His response to me was that he would get to it when he could without even a ballpark estimate of when that would be. He also stated that he would work on the problem only if it is the fault of the motherboard. How would I

Alan is a true professional in the RV repair industry. His mobile service is fair priced and his work is reliable. He has the qualifications to correct any issues you may have. Personally, I had him install a new King antenna, repair our propane stove, recondition all of our rubber seals and fix an inoperable electric slide. He has been punctual and upfront with cost estimates. His rates, in my opinion, beat those offered at locations I need to drop my rig off at. His mobile services are highly recommended by me if you need work completed on your RV. I will definitely use His mobile services in the future if the need arises.
