I had a terrific experience yesterday. The gentleman that came out to fix my flat was incredibly kind, informative, and patient. He changed my tire super fast and neat. I am very impressed and highly recommend, thank you!

There was a law passed in CT that tow and storage yards can not demand cash and this place did. Know your law the try to keep your vehicle because who now a days has cash in their wallet. Also I do not recommend using them poor communication and they hung up the phone on me. They don’t start work till 11am Poor customer service and poor communication and demanding cash it’s against the law.

I had an unexpected flat tire today (as many flat tires tend to be), and A&M Towing were great. I gave them a call after work when I found out I had the flat. They were kind and direct on the phone regarding their timeline and prices and had someone out to me quickly. Michael arrived and changed my tire so fast - 5 minutes max after arriving, and I was on my way after that. They made a disappointing experience that much better by so quickly and kindly assisting me. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

I brung my car in to fix a intake manifold gaskets and now my car is in worse condition after they had it now there coolant leaking out my car witch btw I paid 400 dollars for them to repair it’s like every time they touch the car it get worse now I have no heat in my car at all would it recommend bringing your car there
