Alejandro is a true craftsman. I hired him to ameliorate some scratches on the side of my car, but he insisted on doing a full cleaning and hand-wax before starting, so as not to "contaminate" the area he would repair and buff. That was included in the price we had agreed on, which was very reasonable. My Honda Fit hasn't looked this good in many, many years.
