I had such a great experience at Amazon Autos, and I especially want to recognize Sanjuana, the Assistant Operations Manager. She was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything feel smooth and organized, and she took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and honesty. You can tell she truly cares about making sure customers have a positive experience. I really appreciated her support and would highly recommend working with her!

Purchased my car from them back in 2017 and currently still driving my vehicle. Had no issues with the car. Great quality used vehicle . Their customer service is also excellent. Definitely would recommend buying a car from them.

If I could give this car lot a 0 star I would it was so many reg flags with this car lot for one they told me they where going to fix the tire pressure sensor on the car & replace windshield when viewing the car they rushed me to get out the car lot once purchased that they didn’t even fix the things they said they were once bringing up my sensor to them bring in my first payment she told me oh u going to have to pay 250… they rushed me out they gave me a license plate that didn’t match my car than called me saying it’s a possibility I could get pulled over because my plate didn’t match the car.. than the lady told me 230 every 2 weeks they upped it to 270 every 2 weeks and claim that’s what she told me… my car start jerking on the 3rd day.. my insurance was getting switched over I emailed

My experience was the best my sales person Ana really worked with me in getting my first ever car and making sure I can manage payments I love the car to death and can’t wait to start my driving journey all is good here honestly one of the best first car buying experiences
