Fabulous Mobile Resort Residential Park. Location is so-so but it is so well kept, clean and quiet. Impressed. So many activities for the residents to include a woodworking shop! Of course a pool area that's nice. The front is gated and you have to call through to be let in and security is always a good thing! Nice place.( Believe it is 55 and up. Not positive)

Beautiful 55+ Resort, Co-OP residence own their property, making the monthly HOA $145.00!!! The Ameri-cana has a beautiful pool, hot tub, clubhouse, billiards, woodshop, plus daily activities along with special monthly activities. Close to the river and the beach!

It's a little bit of paradise! We enjoy all of our neighbors. They are a friendly, caring community! Good place to grow old in. We are there year round. Meet many friends and they have many activities and amenities. Of course you have rules, it wouldn't be this nice if they didn't!

As a Vietnam veteran, retired US Army service member, I do not recommend this RV resort. Reasons. Inspection of RV over 4 years old. No written inspection form. No results of inspection were given. Just a letter stating that I did properly sign in when I Arrived. None of the people in the office said a thing about signing in or that an inspection had to be done prior to entering the RV resort. I had submitted the paperwork for background check. I hear that I was approved. Information about trailer was included with this paperwork. No results of background check were provide in writing as per by-laws. By-laws do not provide details for an inspection. Certified letters were sent to members of the board of directors. Two of the letters were returned as undeliverable. Have not ever given a

The web pages seems to be not working my mother in law and farther in law lived there many a year on London way the Brock's , ed and Cathy I had the opportunity to visit over the years I loved that place in fact if the chance ever comes my wife and I will be trying to move there and be part of the community. A wonderful place. Great neighbors. Clean . Fun. Great location. I could spend my final years there . Hope everyone is okay and no damage from the hurricane.
