America Car Rental

First I lost my wallet in the parking lot and they returned it to me, then when I decided to go with them they knocked 100 off the no cc deposit to accommodate me and my budget, from 3 ta 200 and let me use cash, they also knocked a couple bux off the rental. It was still a few dollars more for the whole rental but no cc and cash deposit is a big deal. Awesome people. Not so much the evening girl but the 2 that where working during the day time a male and female where awesome and the lady that helped me her English was awesome. I speak zero Spanish so that was very helpful. THANKS GUYS!!

Well first they tried to rip us off with insurance then they said we didn’t have enough coverage then they tried to make us pay their insurance then they lied to us so we left and got a better rental at Avis after the lady upfront was rude. just tried to get our money and you could tell. Don’t trust these people terrible. I’m a Google reviewer from all over the world and I give good reviews but when they’re bad, they’re bad and she earned it. This company will rip you off stay away. I went to Avis and got a rental for a whole week for $108 and they let me use my insurance and my own pass

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CRIMINALS!!! They demand you pay one of 3 ways for tolls in Florida upfront. I advised that I would not be driving on toll roads but was told it did not matter. They wanted my credit card for a 2500.00 deposit, although I provided them with my insurance DECLARATIONS page showing full coverage with a 100000/300000 amount. An insurance card is not acceptable. MUST be the declarations page with the higher limits. I canceled, went back to the airport and rented a car. Also, once you take the airport shuttle to the rental car center, you must then take a ride in a van to the rental car location, which is located in an area that is "sketchy" at best. Yogi at the front desk of America car rental was amazing, he made renting a vehicle from this company a memorable part of our vacation. I give them 5 stars for outstanding customer service, great rates and a mint vehicle. The shuttle driver got us right into the Miami vibe as well, I couldn't be happier with them. You should use America car rental.

Worst place to rent your car in December, be warned. These people gave away our reserved rental while we were sitting there then tried to upsell us a bigger car. Then chased us out of their place when we said to them that's bad business. Without customers there's no business. Just remember that during your slower months.
