American Alignment and Auto Repair - Great Bridge

Really good bunch of folks here. I felt taken care of and communication was excellent. The team got my Jeep JK ready for the road after I purchased it a few weeks ago. They have an in-depth knowledge on lifted trucks as well. Front staff lady, her name slips me sorry!, is super nice and wholehearted. Thanks to y’all for all you did to get me on the road and in the trails.

These folks are far over priced, they talk about discounts that aren't discounted, tow you even when it isn't necessary and then act like they are Christians. I wouldn't recommend them for towing or any relevant services for car repair. If they can fib about one thing I wouldn't doubt they be screwing things up on your car just to make an extra buck. Horrible.

I honestly go out of my way to take my car here. They are very friendly both in the shop and in the office, they are consistent, reliable and respectful of customers. It’s not always the case, but locally in this area independent car repair shops really look out for their customers better than larger chain franchise stores. Sometimes you walk in a repair shop and the purse at the front desk makes you feel like you are a burden and that they are doing you a favor by taking your car… This place welcomes their customers and seem to enjoy what they do. maybe I just caught them on a good day,but I have been multiple times and always received consistent friendly service. I encourage you to stop in if you need a second opinion for repairs, state inspection or routine maintenance.

I took my car in for an oil leak and instead of just changing the oil pan or doing $900 worth of work, Brian was honest, made sure there wasn't a leak and informed me of why It could have been happening. I really appreciated their integrity and amazing customer service. Will absolutely bring my car for services again.
